Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not ship until the following business day.
We ship within the contiguous United States. All orders ship with tracking. Standard delivery 3-5 business days. Expedited options available at checkout. Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping.
All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging. Lyophilized peptides are shipped with cold packs and desiccant. Products are sealed in foil-lined bags and packed with cushioning to prevent breakage during transit. No branding or product indication on external packaging.
Peptides are temperature-sensitive compounds. We ship all lyophilized compounds with appropriate cold chain packaging. Reconstituted compounds are not available for shipping — all products ship in lyophilized (powder) form.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us at contact@officialpeptides.net within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
